"Adversities” which make it harder to realise the assumptions of diet

Theoretically, this matter seems quite simple. All you need is a diet matching your needs and body's abilities, together with planned training– of course aimed at achieving particular goal. With time, body gains proper aesthetic values, which can be shown during holidays. However, it occurs that in practice, the whole project is much more complicated. Let's just take multiple adversities under consideration and tough obstacles which weaken motivation and engagement. Here are the most popular ones:

 Frequent business trips

Travelling and frequent trips are a challenge for people who want to eat and train properly, as well as improve body aesthetics. Taking prepared meals to business meetings may look quite strange, just like resigning from food during dinner with clients. However, it's worth to know that, apart from extremely revolutionary solutions, there are less controversial possibilities. Now, when you order food in a restaurant, you can make better or worse choice. And so, the option that will not rise any suspicions (opposite to e.g. a small salad), will be grilled or roasted meat or fish on vegetables, or even with potatoes. Whereas, you can omit dishes based on flour, deep-fried or breaded.

To make the matter simpler, when you travel and eat alone – it's worth remembering that not all the meals have to be bought in a bar or restaurant, you can prepare one or two dishes on your own and eat them when necessary. It's also good to take valuable snacks with you – in a form of almonds, walnuts (which are lasting and non-sensitive to temperature, as well as filling and nutritious), or fruits which give a lot of vitamin C, folic acid, potassium, flavonoids, and which will take the attention from low-quality food products, such as conventional sweets.

Multiple parties and social meetings

The spring-summer season fosters having parties, especially weddings, and it's hard not to notice that feasting, usually connected with hard to assess consumption of food and alcohol for many hours, is not good for the body aesthetics. What's more, it usually causes stopping planned actions directed at gaining neat and sporty body, and in the long-term effect, it makes us go back to the starting point. What can be done to have vivid social life, eat healthy food and do regular physical activity?

Most of all, moderation in carefree partying is advised. It's worth remembering that in this case you can make better or worse choices. During a wedding reception you can sit by the table and eat pastry for a few hours, or you can have fun on the dance floor and choose food reasonably. You can also have an outdoor meeting with poor-quality sausage and hectolitres of beer, or you can prepare meat, fish, vegetables and limit alcohol to minimum, etc. Despite appearances, you can have fun changing the common norms of traditional “barbecue” or other social meeting.

Diseases and colds

Diseases and ailments, especially those less dangerous, connected with e.g. infection of upper respiratory tract, usually accompany loosening the healthy diet regime, together with improving mood with low-quality snacks and meals. Whereas, it is a moment when you should definitely eat low-processed food – depending on the kind of illness and health condition, by choosing appropriate food products you can help yourself with some symptoms or ailments. However, another packet of cookies may be the source of short pleasure, in the end, it makes us feel worse, which also matters during disease.

Although it's not easy, you should try to keep control over the way of eating, and you should definitely not treat illness as an excuse or justification of eating whatever you find. It's opposite, it doesn't matter if the illness is temporary or chronic, it should be a motivating trigger to take care of the well balanced diet.

Summary

Practically, the improvement of body aesthetics is not easy, also because of the outer (not dependent on ourselves) circumstances and situations. Majority of people treat difficulties as a justification for eating a lot of processed food, and as an excuse for stopping regular physical activity, which results in lack of progress. Determined and focused on achieving goal individuals treat difficulties and adversities as the next challenge, which can be met.
