The correct performance of the exercise
Stand with your legs wide apart over the barbell. Lift the barbell between your legs and extend your trunk. Mix the grip: the hand in front is under the barbell and the hand behind you is over the barbell. Put your feet slightly outwards. Inhale and do a squat lowering the barbell between your legs. Do the squat up to 90 degrees angle in your knees. Keep your trunk straight. Do the positive movement with a slow exhale. Look a bit upwards when you are going back to the basic position.
