The correct performance of the exercise
Sit on the machine's seat the other way round. The cushion of the machine should be on the level of lower part of the breastbone or upper part of rectus abdominis. Lift your chest. Inhale, do the rowing movement at the same time and pull the grips of the machine to your body. Pull your shoulder blades together during pulling the grips. Go back to the basic position with an exhale.
