Ingredients

  1. Banana 40 g
  2. Cottage cheese 50 g
  3. Desiccated coconut 6 g
  4. Fat-free cocoa WAWEL 5 g
  5. Milk 0,5% 150 g
  6. Stabilised oat bran 3 g

Preparation

Additional ingredients: liquid sweetener, a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla. Blend the banana, cocoa and milk. Add desiccated coconut and bran, mix thoroughly. Season with vanilla or cinnamon, add sweetener if needed.
