Ingredients

  1. Chicken egg 1 pcs
  2. Natural yogurt 2% 100 g
  3. Olive oil 3 g
  4. Onion 20 g
  5. pickled cucumber 60 g
  6. Tomato 120 g
  7. Wholemeal rye bread 30 g

Preparation

Additional ingredients: lovage or other herbs, black pepper, hot pepper, ketchup, chives. Break the eggs onto a heated Teflon pan with small amount of olive oil. Season with lovage, black pepper and red pepper. Put the bread into a toast maker or bake in the oven. Put the fried egg on the toast, sprinkle with chives. Chop the tomato, pickle and onion. Mix it adding some olive oil and pepper.
