Additional ingredients: garlic, lime juice, thyme, oragano, pepper. Pour thyme, oregano, black pepper and olive oil to the lemon juice and mix it with tomato concentrate. Slice the meat and rub with the marinade. Leave for about 15 minutes. Slice the onion and chop the garlic. Mix it with the meat and put in a heat-resistant pot. Bake in 180*C for about 20-25 minutes. Serve on a lettuce leaf with pepper, tomato and nuts.
