Additional ingredients: garlic, salt, pepper, pork spices. Peel the mushrooms. Wash the tenderloin, cut in slices of 2-3cm width, try to form chops (without tenderizer). Season with herbs and pepper. Fry the meat pieces on olive oil for one minute each side and take off the frying pan. Add a small amount of oil and fry sliced mushrooms, chopped pepper and squeezed garlic. When the pepper is soft, mix the vegetables with the meat, add a bit of natural Greek type yogurt and salt and stew it altogether for about 10 minutes under a lid.
