Additional ingredients: small onion, salt, pepper, lovage (fresh or dried). Mince lean meat at home or ask for it in a shop. Add chopped onion and bran and season it with pepper and salt and some lovage. You can also add some water. Mix it altogether. Form flat balls with a hole on top, break an egg to the hole. Cool it for at least an hour. Decorate the plate with pickle and tomato quarters.
