  3. Quark cheese semi-fat 80 g
  4. Wholemeal rye bread 80 g

Preparation

Additional ingredients: chives, pepper. Sprinkle the bread with olive oil, put cheese and cucumber slices on it. Sprinkle with chives ans season with pepper.
