Ingredients

  1. Alpro soya sugar- and salt-free 20 g
  2. Carrot 60 g
  3. Frozen spinach 30 g
  4. Natural Tofu - Polsoja 40 g
  5. Olive oil 10 g
  6. Potato flour - Kupiec 10 g
  7. Potatoes, medium 200 g

Preparation

Additional ingredients: salt, pepper, nutmeg, dill or other greens. Boil potatoes and carrots and leave to cool down. Mash with the addition of tofu (or mix). Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, add potato flour and the greens. Mix it thoroughly, form chops and fry. Defrost the spinach, evaporate water. Add crushed garlic, soy drink, season with salt and pepper. Serve with chops.
