Ingredients

  1. Chicken egg 2 pcs
  2. Cottage cheese 300 g
  3. Milk 0,5% 40 g
  4. Natural yogurt 2% 100 g
  5. Oat bran 30 g
  6. Oat flakes 60 g
  7. Strawberries 250 g
  8. Trec Isolate 100 30 g

Preparation

Blend oat flakes, pour into a bowl with oat bran. Blend or whisk cottage cheese light with 2 eggs, natural yogurt and milk. Pour it into the bowl with flakes and bran, mix it altogether. Put it in the fridge for about 5-6 hours or the whole night. Fry creating crumpets on a spreaded pan with fat or spray. Put strawberries on top at the end or pour strawberry sauce, as you wish.
