Additional ingredients: Stevia. Dehydrate the quark well, mix with remaining ingredients leaving out the egg white, which should be whisked for firm foam and added to the "pastry". Form small doughnuts at the end, put in the hot oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes in temperature 180-190 C degrees. You can use a little amount of protein supplement as a crumble. Lack of skin like the one in traditional doughnuts is a disadvantage but... We got 7 doughnuts from the above ingredients, the size as in the photo.
